PRO - What are "custom email" settings?

Our service, unlike many others, was designed around being completely incorporated into your existing brand.

Our platform embeds into your existing website, so your customers do not feel as if they are being shipped out to an untrustworthy or unnecessary payment facility.

When an invoice is generated, or as a result of a payment being made through our platform, an email is set to the receipient for their attention; our emails come from team@tascuro.com and show the sender name as "Team - Tascuro.com". This can seem like it detracts from your brand identity, so we allow you to change the email address and sender name which is shown to the invoice/receipt recipient. 

We recommend that you also supply SMTP credentials for your own email server, so that emails are sent by your server rather than ours. This removes any possibility of the receipient's email provider thinking that the email is not legitimate and marking it as spam.

Important Notes
Emails sent via Tascuro.com, showing the email as team@tascuro.com will always be encrypted and show as trusted. You can change the sender name without jeopardising the email's trust rating.
