Refund Policy

We may make minor revisions to the Refund Policy without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and any minor reviews. Major changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address.

Tascuro.com (the "service") is a platform which is paid for on a subscription basis and offered as Software as a Service (SaaS).

The subscriptions are paid in advance either yearly or monthly with the yearly price attracting a saving worth two months of payments if having paid on a monthly basis (the "relevant subscription"). The service remains active for the duration of the relevant subscription beginning with the date of first payment or sign up, whichever is earliest and runs for either (1) one year ending on the same day of the next year (subscription beginning 9th September 2018 will cease on the 9th September 2018 at midnight) or (2) one month ending on the same date of the next month (subscriptions beginning 9th September 2018 will cease on 9th October 2018 at midnight) - this is dependant on your relevant subscription being yearly or monthly respectively.

Due to the fact that payments are made in advance Tascuro.com do not currently offer refunds prorated to reimburse "unused time" with the "service".

If you decide to discontinue your use of the "service", within the relevant subscription period, your account will remain open and in service until the end of the relevant subscription. At this point, no automatic renewal/further charges will be made and a new authorisation to charge your choosen card will need to be given by the appropriate authority (usually the card holder).

In certain limited situations such as, but not limited to, company liquidation or administration, Tascuro Ltd will authorise a refund to be paid which will invoke the immediate suspension of the service. The service cannot then be resumed and will require a new subscription to restart the service. Absolute refunds will always be rejected; requests for a prorated refund will be assessed on an individual basis. The decision of any agent employed by Tascuro in relation to a refund request will be considered as final.

In order to test and trial the service, please first register and use a free no-obligation sandbox account before agreeing to open a live merchant account to prevent situations giving rise to the platform not being a fit for your business or venture.

Opening a live merchant account requires your agreement, acceptance and knowledge of this policy.
